ROD WARRANTY CLAIM POLICY
All Elysian Fishing Rods are covered by a limited warranty against materials and workmanship for the original owner only. Elysian Fishing will inspect each rod claim and determine if failure was due to workmanship or materials. For damage determined to be the result of defect or workmanship, Elysian Fishing will repair and replace the product with no charge during the warranty period. Upgrades and model changes are not available for rod warranty claims.
All warranty claims require proof of purchase, online rod registration, online warranty claim form, and require the rod to be shipped back to us at the time of the claim. Elysian Fishing does not cover shipping costs to have the rod shipped to us. If you have registered your rod or purchased directly online, your proof of purchase may already be on file with us and you should call or email email@example.com before you file a claim.
Time period is based on the date of purchase recorded at registration proven by receipt or date of manufacture if the rod is unregistered. All Rod Registration forms but be filled out within seven (7) days. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Damage or failure resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidents, theft, unapproved alterations, intentional damage, loss, or acts of God are not covered.

NO HASSLE ROD REPLACEMENT PROGRAM
Bad luck and things happen and it’s usually at the worst time just before that big tournament or fishing trip. Our goal is to get you back on the water with your Elysian Fishing Rod, we offer a one-time per rod, no questions replacement for rods that have been registered to original owners.
Please note this is a replacement program we offer specially for our customers. Defects are covered by our warranty program. Upgrades and model changes are not available.
How it works:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know you want to us your one time no hassle rod replacement program
- Send us the following information:
- Your name, address, phone number and email
- Model name and size of the rod your currently own
- Your credit card information
- Send an electronic image of the damaged rod via email
- Rod cost will be as followed per the rod chart below (January 1, 2020)
- Rods not registered require an additional $5 processing fee
- We will ship the rod inside of the USA for the price below via ground shipping. 2 day air and overnight shipping options may be available if the rod is in stock and upgrade shipping charges will take effect. Please call our office for information and a shipping quote.
