Returns and Exchanges
During our our busy time or under some circumstances orders may take 2-3 weeks to process if products are back ordered.
For all exchanges and returns, please note the following:

We offer a thirty (30) day policy from the date of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days.

Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Your item(s) must be in the original packaging with tags, as applicable. Otherwise a restocking fee may be charged.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Only regular priced items may be refunded - unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Gift cards are considered non-returnable items.

All fishing rods are excluded from this policy. Please see below for information on returned unused fishing rods.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different color or size, please send us an email at info@elysianfishing.com and we will be happy to send you a return shipping label via email. Once we receive the package, please allow five (5) business days for us to process the exchange and send you tracking information.

Returns
Customer will be responsible for costs to ship any returned products back to Elysian Fishing. Please note that there will be a $5 restocking charge per order. Please send items to the following address:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow five (5) business days for the processing of your return. Once approved, a credit will automatically be applied in the form of the original method of payment.
Please note that there is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your credit card account. Before contacting us, please verify that no credit has been posted to your account. If you still have not received your refund please email us at info@elysianfishing.com
Please also note that shipping times will vary depending on the shipping location.
Fishing Rod Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your rod purchase, you have up to thirty (30) days to return it in the brand-new condition in which it was received. You will be responsible to pay a one-time $25 restocking charge along with the costs required to ship the rod back if needed. Please note there are no exchanges on rod purchases – if you would like a different rod, please return the one you don’t want and make a new purchase.
Custom Rods/Product Testing Rods - Custom rods and product testing are not allowed to be returned, refunded or exchanged. After 24 hours from the time of purchase, changes and other inquiries will not be accepted.
